Amazing service very knowledgeable I had a pool with a older filter that no one could work on they came and had me up in running the same day for a great price! I would highly recommend this place

I called Hammerhead with a pool leak emergency at an extremely inconvenient time. Everyone else I called just told me they were too busy and acted dismissive, but Hammerhead took their time to help me on the phone and walk me through the process of repairing my equipment by myself, free of charge! On the customer service experience alone, I would recommend Hammerhead Pool Service to anyone

Cheryl at Hammerhead pools is amazing! I called them because my pump wasn't priming. She walked me through some things I could try but I needed professional help (I'm NOT mechanically inclined at all!)They came on time and fixed my problem in a few minutes and showed my how to check the impeller on my own to save a service call. They also recommended a good pump schedule and programmed my system.There are a number of pool companies in Las Vegas but you can't find a more trustworthy or fair group of people than Hammerhead pools. I fully recommend them for any of your swimming needs.

I'm a pool newby. And I'm trying to care for it myself. I made a mistake and expected to have a professional come out and undo my mistake. I've called several pool service companies over the past few days and left messages. None have returned my call. I called Hammerhead and the phone was answered! I explained what I had done and instead of just holding back laughter, I was instructed how to correct it. For free! Over the phone! And it worked! No more google, this number is in my contacts as the only one to call.
