Called this office and they dont even take teachers health trust. Are you kidding me?? 5th largest school district in the nation and they literally do not even take our insurance? How ridiculous and this office should be ashamed turning every teacher in Las Vegas away like that.

Hi, my name is Willie Bowser and I am a patient of Dr. John Cade. I was being treated for very painful corns I was at his office very often to have the painful corns treated. After they temporary treatment I could wear closed shoes for a week or less and then had to repeat the treatment procedure. I asked the doctor is there anything else can be done to treat this and he said yes he can remove the corn surgically. I then asked if this would be a permanent fix and he stated yes. Then I asked can we do this because the corns were very painful to the point where even the touch of a sheet was unbearable. I followed all pre and post op orders and instructions. The stitches were removed today and to this point I never had pain to amount to anything. However I am a rules person and it made a big difference. I would certainly recommend Dr Cade for any foot surgery.

I am an International businessman for decades, formerly in the legal profession and an ex-police officer; a stable, established person.I called Summerlin Foot & Ankle on Oct.8, 2020 due to an issue I was having needing foot maintainance. The receptionist or front desk woman was odd from the start. A very unfriendly tone to her voice was the first turn-off ; as though I was annoying her by trying to make an appointment. She asked my full name, I told her and then she asked if my name was actually a " double version" of my last name. I told her it was not. Then she asked if my name was Carter. I told her no then I asked why is she trying to look my name up and where is she looking? She said in her system. I told her I wouldn't be in her system. She then said that she had asked me if I was an existing patient. I told her she DID NOT. She said she did. She NEVER asked me. I told her perhaps she made a mistake. She then starting yelling in her umpleasant voice that she did not feel like arguing with me. I told her I know what she didn't say, I know what I didn't say and I was not going to argue either. I then terminated the call. I notice that another person has complained about the rude front desk experience herein. Bottom line: SF & A should get rid of this front desk person as she has an attitude and a voice manner perculiar to a typical unhappy person who has some issue against being professional and kind to people calling!
