Had home sewer line replaced. Initial job quote listed a 5 year labor/parts full warranty. Plumber took 3 days to work on just shower/ guest bathroom line. Broke off shower tiles by dropping tools into tub, and left singe marks on carpet from placing jackhammer directly on carpet after use without letting it cool or at least laying on its side, guess they were having a bad week. Toilet drain was installed 4" further out than originally located. Shower drain in master-bath installed off center 2" requiring re-jacking foundation and additional work. Homeowner overheard plumbers talking about the shower and how its "not my problem", assumed they were talking about the shower's water lines until they went to install a new shower pan and discovered the drain was now off center.
When asked directly about their provided warranty, what it covers and its limitations, dispatch and management REFUSED to acknowledge ANY sort of terms for any sort of warranty information unless job is paid upfront and in full.
Lets be clear, a customer should not have to fully pay for a job with a supposed attached warranty without being allowed to know what the warranty actually covers. Nothing on their website mentions a warranty or its terms on ANY of their work, and outside of a VAGUE mention of "5 year" or "10 year" "parts and or labor" given in initial estimates, customer is not provided with ANY additional information when asked for clarification.
Additionally, while cutting foundation for sewer line access, sub-contractor cut into asbestos tile that Precision's survey company failed to check for in home with confirmed asbestos material. Home owner followed all directions and had all flagged work areas abated and tested clear by Precision's recommend companies but was still rewarded with exposure and contamination.
When told about the exposure, Precision was "kind" enough to send another survey company out to confirm and assess the damage, homeowner was told it would cost 100k+ to clean up and then was promptly ghosted by all involved companies.
I would avoid dealing with this company for any major jobs. At least they showed up on time.

I was quoted a price of $2775 for a 6 hr job. With minimal materials needed. That's 400 an hr labor costs. Nope.I should have looked sooner but precision plumbing has many complaints with the BBB.

Super impressed with the speed and customer service. We had water pooling on our floor from an unknown source. We called Precision and they said they would send someone the same day. Jeremy arrived on time and quickly determined where the water was coming from. He repaired the water line and called a restoration company to assess the damage. The restoration company came out right away to take photos and work with our home owners insurance. Jeremy was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend and will definitely call them again if we ever have any more plumbing issues.

I was in a bind with an emergency plumbing issue at my condominium complex. I called Precision Plumbing, they were at my place within the hour, sent the best Plumber in LV who solved the problem in under 45 minutes, went to suggest possible problem for the full sewage line, figured it out, resolved that as well and all of that with a smile. Best experience ever with a plumbing company. Highly recommend Precision Plumbing. The advice from this service prompted an overhaul of sewage system for my condo block and helped out many other neighbors as well. Very knowledgeable, expert work, comprehensive and thorough.
