Nobody showed for the first appointment. The scheduler apologized and re-scheduled for next day. Next day he was running late and when called about it, I wasn't happy because I needed to go to work, he stated that allocated 30 mins wouldn't be enough for service call anyway, I said that it wasn't a service call but an estimate for a large job, his response: "So I have to drive all the way out there just for an estimate?!". He showed up, listed to my needs on the project, and without doing the proper bid blurted out "It's a $40,000 job", walking out he upped it to $45,000. I ended up getting everything done for 10th of that. If you want a service with major attitude and trying to rip you off - these are your guys.

They did a great job replacing my old leaking water heater! Everyone that I interacted with was customer focused. Josh the plumber that came out was awesome.
