        I spoke to Marsha about having problems with my hot water heater and also wanting information about replacing my water softener. Marsha said that someone would get back to me the next day. Ive never heard from anyone. They will never hear from me again.

        We Access Services Group to install a warranty part on our hot water heater. We payed about $85 on our debit card and the plumber finished in about 10 minutes. It was good, work was done no problem. Then a few weeks later we got an invoice for $318.03 with a different work order day and invoice number. Then today we go another random invoice for $85. The invoices have no phone number and have our name wrong... they are very sketchy.
