Not a step of this process could have been better. Dr. Smith and his amazing staff are just incredible! Natasja is fantastic, as well as everyone. What a blessing to work with such gifted, caring and positive people to accomplish your goals! Can't recommend them highly enough! Dr. Smith and his staff have been amazing from the start. Dr. Smith definitely knows what he is doing and what he is talking about but he listened to exactly what I wanted and came through even better. I had a breast augmentation in July and they are more than perfect and what I was expecting. Hes very busy so if you do decided to come to the office, expect to wait a while but let me tell you, its so worth it.

I have never written a negative review on a product, service, or company before. It is with great disappointment that I feel I must write a negative review towards this company that I at one time, had great respect and an excellent working relationship with; as well spent many thousands of dollars to them for their services. Last spring, I flew in and paid for a consultation for a couple of procedures. Due to the ridged time limitations that I have on taking time off work, I decided to split the procedures up into separate times. I flew back home, arranged the necessary week off work to coincide with an appointment date available. I then called and confirmed the date was still available, scheduled the procedure and paid the required $1,000.00 deposit. On the weekend I booked the hotel accommodation and the to and from Airfares. The following week I received a call from Dr. Smiths office that my procedure now conflicts with a conference DR. Smith is going to attend and would have to be rescheduled. I contacted the Airlines and received a partial refund for one of the flights but not the other. The hotel booking was cancelled at no expense. Unable to reschedule a procedure time that would coincide with my work schedule and their booking schedule in the foreseeable future, I requested my deposit to be refunded and I will try to book again at a latter date. After many, many, many attempts to speak to someone, and many, many, many promises to have my call returned and many months later I finally gave up.
