I was ignored for 5 min while the girl saw me standing at the counter several times. The place had several dirty tables but not a single person inside. The bathroom smelled awful. The soap dispenser didnt work which makes me wonder if employees are even washing their hands and the paper towel dispenser didnt work. Grossed out and disappointed. I will say after my 5 min of waiting the man making the pizzas actually helped me and was polite.

Ok folks, last week it Payless pizza and this week it is Frankies. Just a small place on Eastern Ave in a mall strip. Nice clean place and a warm greeting as I came inside. As I notice the menu on the wall, it appeared the prices were a little bit high. I ordered a 16" pizza with sausage, pepperoni, onions to go. My bill was 21 and change, and out the door I go. As I opened the box to grab a piece I noticed a lot of run off grease which I used a napkin to soak it up. The slice of pizza was like a wet wash cloth and soon hung there as the the ingredients ran off the pizza. The sausage was cut in slices from a sausage link, come on Frankie, try home made sausage. There was no taste to the ingredients what so ever, pizza hut or pappa john's you have no worries about this place.I don't really know how they received that many high reviews. My judgement cant be that bad. Service (10) Clean Place (10) Sauce (5) sausage ( 1) Crust (5). Overall, no value here, just generic.
