I like ordering first with the app, and then pick it up, is more convenient because sometimes is long line so you have to wait to be attended plus the time that you have to wait for the pizza and with the app now is easy and fast, they receive the order and like in 15 to 20 minutes is ready for pick up,
**Me gusta ordenar en la app, por que asi te ahorras tiempo de espera. Porque aveces esta muy larga la fila y tienes que espera ese tiempo mas el tiempo que esperas para que tu pizza este lista, y con la aplicacion solo la pides y en 15 minutos mas o menos esta lista para recojerla.

I had to wait for three hours to get two pizzas I bought at 7:30 and got at 9:20. It was a miserable waiting for a 20-minute Pizza. I think that if somebody has to wait more than an hour they should get a free pizza. 3 hours was unacceptable.

Ordered through the app, received the email saying my order was ready, went to pick up and had to wait almost 15 minutes...grass grows quicker than the cashier moved...go to a different location
