        I have had nothing but a great experience while having my physical therapy . They taught me new ways to exercise the stiffness out of my joints which I will be forever grateful for. Since I was clueless about these areas and what to do to help myself. The Best part is no pain medication !! Thank you Therapist. I highly recommend Dignity Health Physical Therapy to anyone in need of learning about their bodies and how to correctly help yourself with pains. muscle strain and stress.

        I had a R AKA, and I was very pleased wuthy the best trainers, Rick and Joel. They have given a workout that is specialized for my core muscles, so I will allow me to use a prosthetic leg.

        Richard and the other PT staff are very knowledgeable and know exactly what equipment and exercises are needed to help to make my muscles stronger. He explains why he is recommending certain exercises for which muscles. He is very pleasant and friendly.
