pharmacist playing god! I went to the emergency room with a heart rate of 150 because a doctor prescribed me a new medication that was making it that way. metoprolol succinate was making things bad and raising my heart rate the doctors at the hospital prescribed a replacement medication that works and does a good job metoprolol tartrate. When the pharmacist received a prescription for this they refused to give it to me and said that the other medication metoprolol succinate 200mg did I was taking is at a higher dose and should be better then the new prescription metoprolol tartrate 150mg. Yes pharmacists do look out for you and make sure there is no drug interactions but when they think that they can decide which medication even though a new Doctor prescribed and told you to stop taking the other one. Did you should continue to take the medication it is killing you and not take the new prescription from the doctor they will save your life.

Used to be the BEST pharmacy. Loved Tom an Kathy but with Tom retired and rarely see Kathy its a mess. I waited 15 minutes today in line to get waited on and then the man was rude. I am furious! There are other pharmacies.

Whoever worked yesterday's shift (9/8/21) needs to be fired. First off, I waited in line for more then 10 minutes because the lady at the front (should of got her name)was too busy sharing pictures and talking instead of serving the customers. When the line started building up, she decided to actually do her job, but had such a bad vibe. On top of that, she didnt even give me the right prescription that was advised by my pediatrics. I had to call my doctors office to ask again and call this pharmacy to make sure we had the right prescription. Low and behold, it wasnt the right one. I honestly didnt mind all of this at first, but when youre not giving me what Im supposed to receive is a little scary considering youre putting my childs life in danger for your laziness. After today, Im definitely switching pharmacys
