Recently went here for a scheduled booster shot. Online I specifically said I wanted the Moderna booster shot. When I checked in at the counter I again said I wanted the Moderna shot. When the lady behind the shield wall asked if I wanted the Moderna shot. I said yes. They gave me the Pfizer shot. I didn't notice till I got home and I looked at my card. I've never been to a pharmacy that would switch out what you asked for at there own disgression.

I think this pharmacy crew is one of the kindest, most thoughtful group of people ever. No matter what, they answer the phone. They are always available for any questions. If something can't be filled through them, they will contact the Dr. They care about my mom and constantly ask after her. The pharmacist is a kind and attentive soul, who comes to the window just to check we're doing okay. Only once in all the years we've dealt with this pharmacy, have they not had the medicine on hand. That's a really good record as far as we're concerned.
