The lack of professionalism is fine for most industries, but why go into healthcare if you hate people and love trash talking them? I've been to other SavOn and Safeway pharmacies and this is by far the worst. The lack of respect for customers/patients is honestly egregious. While waiting for my meds at the window, I heard Allison (tall one with red hair and blue eyes that love roll at you) make fun of other patients to a tech. I had questions on my new medications and the tech called her over and she seemed extremely annoyed to even have to walk over, let alone answer my concerns. This was apparent by her eyes rolling into the back of her skull after I asked about side effects.

Husband scheduled an appointment to get his CoVId vaccination. He arrived with an amazing amount of anxiety in regards to the shot (thanks media) and let the technician know that he might want to re-schedule. Her response, “no need to re-schedule, you’re done, bye” rolls eyes and walks away. It’s not the technicians job to convince him to get the vaccination, but the above response is unacceptable on every level. Our first and only experience with Albertsons pharmacy and will never return.

Every since I started coming here about 8 months ago, I have had inconsistent customer service from pharmacists. Not a huge deal until recently, when one pharmacist left me questioning whether I had been denied vaccination services. I happened to return the next day to pick up a prescription and saw that the pharmacy manager was there, Jackie. She was compassionate and helpful and invited me to come back the following day to receive my vaccination (right before closing) stating she'd be there. She gave me the form to fill out ahead of time and was able to address all my concerns, more so than any other pharmacist has been able to (between the VA and Sav-On). When I returned the following day she called me by my name, whether she remembered it or had just looked it up, doesn't matter... it was impressive how well she balanced patient care without overstepping her role as a pharmacist - having to take time out of her profession, her everyday duties as a manager to now vaccinate people. It seems like customer care and service is rarely experienced in pharmacy nowadays. Jackie is definitely a pharmacist for all others to emulate.

THE. BEST! Impeccable customer service. Friendly, professional, and it's clear the staff cares. Special shout out to Maddie (Mattie?) Who went above and beyond in making my day. Brava!
