        They're normally great but this time around they were rough with my Maltipoo my Maltipoo came back and hardly could walk I will not be going back there! They need to do better with handling dogs .

        First time ... Michael treated our two dogs great ..they were relaxed around him..coming back to get them groomed..this time was only a nail trim

      Hi good afternoon. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience, but I do remember talking to you over the phone today. I do remember explaining to you that when something like that happens, the groomer(s) usually tell me so I could let the owner know about the incident. I also told you I was gonna ask the groomer tomorrow if anything happened and that I was gonna get back to you. We do handle our dogs with care and we will continue handling them with care. Once again, I’m so sorry for the inconvenience.
