Im a recent convert to CFRA, coming from another gym in town. Everyone at RA was welcoming & friendly from the first time I walked through the door. Amazing coaches, clean gym, nice equipment, original & challenging programming, family friendly & athletes of all different levels & abilities. I was welcomed into the CFRA family immediately & now CFRA is my home away from home. I would definitely recommend CFRA to anyone interested in crossfit......from beginner to advanced. First week is always free. Update - still loving RA. I look forward to classes everyday & I have made great friends here that push me & care about me & make my life better. Highly recommend CFRA.

I have loved going to this gym for the last 9 years. It has been my happy place. A huge crossfit gym with a great layout. Very clean with amazing coaches. I love the incredible community. I'm updating my review again after 2 years. There's been lots of improvements, new equipment, and a lot more fun.
