Preferred Capital Funding

Ive worked with Samantha at Preferred Capital for over 10 years and I have had nothing but good experiences with her and her office. Her staff is friendly, efficient and they are so good to the clients I refer to them. I will continue to send her my clients anytime they need help!

I asked for a $30,000 loan but you guys will not fund me because I have a prior loan to somewhere else for only $9,000 and you guys won't buy that out to help me with my surgeries that are coming up and I've talked to my lawyer I talk to you guys and nobody's getting back to me on this except for the fact that you guys did not meet twice I mean I need help and you guys don't even offering to help you guys are the only ones

I was reading reviews and spoke with several lending companies for the assistance i needed to push through a time that felt impossible, probably like yourself if youre reading. I've been waiting for 3 days now after I've been approved and jumped through all the hoops. I have called close to 20xs without them once reaching out to me to keep me informed. Here I sit and watch the clock pass their closing time so I wait yet another day with them blaming the bank for the issue. All I get is " they are very busy and we will contact you when your loan finalizes"
