The Cottle Firm was patient, communicative, and supportive throughout my injury settlement process. I dealt the most with Brenda, who was always enjoyable to speak with and super helpful with any questions I had. I wanted to speak to the boss of one of their employees so as to not leave a review based on her conduct. I went on chat on their website and the agent said an attorney would call me back. When that turned out to be false, I called and the receptionist said the boss wasn't going to call. She said everyone got the message on chat and it wasn't really someone who worked for them. Upon reading a few reviews I agree with someone named Jennifer who said someone named Natalie and also a receptions were rude. Natalie could have been the paralegal I don't know. She got nasty when I said I didn't remember calling this law firm on March 29, I called before about a matter but I have a lot going on and don't write down the names and numbers. I was surprised on called on the 29 since that was the date it occurred and I only recalled speaking to an agency about it. When I said ask if she was sure and I wanted to know the time to recall for myself she hung up. I was not rude in anyway so there is no self control. Its an insulting gesture unless someone is being rude. The receptionist let me know it was the attitude of the lawyers and she knew they were not going to call. I never asked for a call it was the chat agent. After they sent a sarcastic email they would not take be able to take my case and good luck. Firstly, I would never let them handle a case and why would they email thinking I would after I was treated insolently? I also don't believe in luck. Their website asked for a review. Maybe they will work for you but based on my experience it's a definite no my experience was negative and resulting in bad energy and parasitical drain on my time, I am writing this 30 minutes later when the call could have ended in a professional manner, the email came across as spite
