It is a failure of a business to receive 1 star from a customer. It is a business decision to care more about keeping every dollar rather than caring about the human being. Warning about this business with Amanda May Beauty & Christine Haylock, I paid in full to get my eyebrows done, first session was good but then excuse after excuse to get my follow up asked 5 times in 4 months to fill in my brows and was refused a follow up and a refund Unprofessional, Unfair!Amanda May didnt even want to here my side, Yet I sent her the texts then she said I was not allowed in her facility seriously because I asked for a follow up from Amanda May Beauty AKA There beauty advisor Genesis Lifestyle Medicine! Well after going back and fourth with Amanda May & Genesis lifestyle medicine I finally got a refund after 5 Months only after I threatened to call the BBB Service: Eyebrows
