I have mixed feelings about this place so far. Theyre open late into the evening and on Saturdays, which is wonderful for working parents. The provider weve seen so far is Dr. T and she is good. My complaint lies with this office manager as well as with the patient care center and referral process. The office manager is always busy and doesnt return phone calls thus far. The referral process is unreasonable and inefficient, and a direct harm to patients. I waited weeks for two referrals to neuro psych. By the time I received letters in the mail for this referral, they offered only one provider, and that provider was not accepting new patients. That provider actually took it upon themselves to find someone else for my kids to see. How sad is it that an entity that isnt responsible for our care and isnt getting paid to help us took more time to help us than their paid primary care corporation? I was supposed to receive a referral for pediatric gastro, but it has been a couple weeks and that never came. Ive now been waiting for a referral for an MRI for my three year old who is experiencing headaches, weight loss, and decreased appetite. They will not expedite this, and Ive heard nothing back. This is disgusting. Especially considering that any other office on the face of the planet would have had something as simple as an MRI referral printed and handed to you before you walked out of the office. Their patient care center is full of rude, dismissive, unhelpful, oblivious people who have no business being in healthcare. Overall if you can get past having to beg people to do their jobs, you may have a good experience here.

Dr. T is amazing, however the rest of staff is terrible. The last three times our kids have been sick the staff has been extremely rude and refused to schedule an appointment for our kids to be seen.

Truck broke down on the parking lot, requested receptionist to use restroom, she agreed but for some reason me being in the restroom their watchman came took me out complied but he was arrogant and forcimg me to drive drive broken truck. Manager requested

We love this office and the Dr's here. We have been going here for 18 years and love Dr. Naiman and Dr. T!
