CertaPro Painters of Summerlin/West Las Vegas, NV

Following two days of heavy rainfall in early February I experienced rain water leaking, discoloration and stains around an air vent on my upstairs ceiling. I contacted a home repair company and the guy asked me to take pictures of the damage and forward them to him so that he could provide me with an estimate for the repair. We scheduled a day and time for the work to be done. Two hours after the work was to begin, I still hadn't heard from the guy. He called later and said his guy had a family emergency. Whatever. Needless to say this left a bad taste in my mouth, so I went back online and called CertaPro Painters. The owner Aaron scheduled a time to actually come to my home and survey the damage personally, free of charge. He then provided me with an estimate to repair the damage, which was less than the previous company, as well as information containing his business and contractors license numbers, and liability insurance. After some sports talk we scheduled the work. I am not kidding when I say Aaron's worker rang my doorbell at the exact time he was supposed to be there. And about a half hour later Aaron came by to inspect! I am very happy with the results, and since my home is 24 yrs. old, and Aaron made me aware beforehand that the paint not might match, they were able to match it perfectly and the results of the repair looks like new! I would not hesitate to contact Aaron and CertaPro Painters of Summerlin for any possible repairs in the future!

We used CertaPro Painters of Summerlin West for an exterior/interior project at our custom home. Belinda scheduled a time to come onsite and review the project with me. She outlined, in detail, the scope of the project, price and timeframe for completion along with showing extensive colors watches. On the start date, the crew showed up on time, introduced themself and proceeded to get to work. The crew was courteous and professional and very respectful of my property.
