Believe the bad reviews. Staff are unprofessional and rude to other staff and employees. Outside is never clean. Employees hate their jobs. Constantly understaffed due to poor management. Theres usually only one provider who argues with patients. The front desk girls are lazy and angry. The bilingual girl is rude and unprofessional. The manager is rude and very unprofessional and gossips about her dating life in front of patients. She doesnt have any clue about healthcare. Do not become a patient here.

So I will leave reviews as I go with my experience, first Ive called because I have been trying to find a pain management place to take my insurance its been almost a year, my L4-L5 are pretty messed up is why I need to be seen, but I just broke my collar bone and this dr I have has put in effort to find me a place it was to here. So my nurse said for me to call them right away and she also sent me an email copy of my referral. The person who picked up the phone Im she was ready to go home i work for a Dr too answering the phones so I get it she basically was saying wait for the call from them, no maam I dont have time like that. Im in a lot of pain I need to be seen so I hung up Ill try again tomorrow. So far 2 stars

Avoid this place please & dont waste your time. They take appointments just to tell you your insurance isnt good anymore. Few times I went they take forever to take you in, its run by the laziest & most unprofessional people ever.

DO NOT GO HERE. I RECORDED THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION WITH DOCTOR KRISTINA. I was referred here by my obgyn after a failed endometrial ablation causing severe pain sending me to the ER and completely ruined my quality of life. I am a full time athlete and employeed full time which the pain has left me unable to be an athlete and work. I have endometriosis and Adenomyosis and already consistently live in chronic pain for years that I have managed with diet, chiropractic, physical therapy and massage therapy consistently for years which have not been effective in managing the pain from a failed ablation. I came with my husband as a witness and the nice front desk lady let him back with me, then she came back moments later and kicked him out of the room because the doctor wanted to speak to me alone. I immediately got snippy and asked WHY because I have been through this rodeo before (if you live with endometriosis, Adenomyosis, or are even a woman, you know doctors never take women seriously). The doctor came in and I told her why I was here, she immediately gaslit me (told me not to use language like kicked out my husband), and she said she cant prescribe anything on the first visit because I am too young (okay lady, guess what Im also too young for hysterectomy which is my other option aside from conservative pain management) (also too young for endometriosis, Adenomyosis, and a rare seizure disorder that never would have been found if my DAD DIDNT advocate for me as a minor). I immediately got upset and demanded my husband which she refused to bring back, which I texted my husband to call my dad. The doctor then needed to consult the head doctor about possible injections, and what kind of injections are you planning to give me? What are the side effects of those? You get better insurance kick back from that (definitely)? My husband demanded to come back as a witness and they refused. The doctor then came back with the manager as witness which is hilarious because the doctor was allowed to have a witness but I was not. HILARIOUS. Thanks to technology though I have the entire conversation with the doctor recorded. She then claimed that I needed to call and get medical records from my obgyn to see if the ablation even happened!!!???? Are you kidding me????? Uhm hello that is your job to request any medical records that YOU need (which should have been done when the appt was scheduled) Not mine (I work in healthcare). I dont know where the providers got their degree at but I would suggest they watch below the belt on PBS and take a course in pain science, ever heard of neurogenisis, cross and/or peripheral sensization (which is funny because theyre supposedly pain doctors)? In the end, she reluctantly prescribed a short dose of hydrocodone (which will honestly probably last me a few months because I only need it for these passing out pain episodes, shocking, Im not a freaking drug addict). Unless this place is illegally peddling out drugs and they treated me that way because they thought I was a possible set up (Im almost 30 and well put together and look perfectly healthy) since Im not the typical middle aged low back and hip pain patient that they would get. Dont go here.
