Really I Dont know How You Dont Value Your Patiants Time I Have an Appointment at 4 pm and i went to the office at 3:45 pm and i set for 1 hour and they say sorry we are behind What i understand if you are behind dont take appointments Never come back

It's very rare when I admit that I'm wrong then again it's very rare that I actually am. Well this is one of those times. Went here for a second opinion because the first place I went to was an absolute disaster so I had preconceived notions of how it was going to be. I was completely wrong. They were nothing and I mean nothing like the first place. I have to admit we did get off to a rocky start but that was addressed and corrected immediately. So with my appointment it was absolutely nothing like the first place. they were knowledgeable,friendly, and they listen to my concerns. they give me choices, options, none of this this is what we're going to do thus say the Lord. No going straight for the high dollar treatment and then say well we're going to do surgery next. There was none of that just caring understanding and definitely what a doctor's office should be. They have that Midwestern values and ethics what you don't see a lot of in Vegas. My conversation with the owner of the clinic was genuine and definitely put my mind at ease. For any of my friends or family that would need a facility like this I would definitely recommend this place. They have definitely earned my trust and faith in them. So if I do have to go up the ladder in treatment options I will be dealing with them and no one else. I had the opportunity to talk briefly with another patient and he highly praised them. Which was nice because the words he used were, they make me feel like family and they truly have my best interest at heart. And after my appointment I understood what he meant by that. My final comment is if you are in an injury and you need pain management go here! do not go anywhere else

Unfortunately, I was in an automobile accident. Fortunately, I was referred to LViPC for my treatment. All the providers and staff I encountered were friendly and professional. They addressed my concerns and ensured I received proper care for injuries sustained. Special acknowledgements for Alberto and Griselda who were always very helpful with inquiries and provided follow ups as requested.

Absolutely amazing! The doctors and the staff were very friendly and caring. And their office was absolutely immaculate.
