        The Lens Crafter team got me early and were very professional. HOWEVER, i was given the option to pay to have my eyes dilated for an additional exam. I paid the fee but never received the dilation exam - paid for the service but never received exam. :(. Nevertheless, the entire experience was not bad.

        Excellent experience from the time I checked in to the Telemed call with the Dr. It was ki da strange doing a eye visit over the phone but it worked out well. Most definitely recommended Dr. Youssef and her staff. The only thing I would change is the way the young lady technician was dressed, she was more dressed like she was going to a club than working at a Dr's office your staff is the first impression of you.
