As a senior I have had many eye exams over the years but had my best eye exam ever from Dr. Cruz at the W. Flamingo location. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. The glasses I chose with the kind help from their optician Mary might be my favorite glasses ever...she even found the frames with sparkles on them I was looking for. Thank you Dr. Cruz and Mary, see you next year!

Hello,
Last Saturday I banged my left eye on the corner of a desk.
I already have an existing retina condition. I was frantic and concerned.
My blood vessels had popped and my eye was bruising.
I went to the pearlescent vision on West flamingo and frt apache. My regular location in West Sahara and cummeron. This location was closest.
I went in as a walk in to get a gage on what I should do next.
When I walked in I was greeted by Caitlyn and Dr.Cruz, who I did not know was the Dr then.
They were both so attentive, compassionate and calming. They assured me it would be ok and they would get me back to Dr asap with retina exam.
Caitlyn was gentle and caring with nothing but positivity and kindness through my pre exams before Dr.
I couldn't wait to tell the Dr about my experience with caitlyn. She was above and beyond, also about the other person who was up there with her when I walked in.
Then when the Dr. Came in, Dr. CRUZ. , it was him who was up front when I walked in.
I gave Caitlyn accolades amd thanked him too.
DR. CRUZ has maybe one of the best bed side manners I have ever experienced in my entire life. He is kind, professional, confident, positive and caring.
After that, my check out was with Mary. I was already so pleased ith my entire experience and knowing my retina and eye epukd be ok. Then came Mary.
She was so lovely and sincere. She really cares about people and being a light to this world. It shinned through her.
In my 48 years om this planet, amd with such a serious amd scary thing going on, especially considering my condition, this was hands down one of the best experiences on every level, with every person, of my entire life.
I was raised and worked in the hospitality industry for many years. I wokr in non profit now.
I have been around many people my entire life. To have three amazing Humans who arekind, professional, carimg and amazing all in one place made it an experice of a life time.
This will be my new location. I wll follow dr. Cruz where ecer he goes. Mary and Caitlyn should be treesusre employees and deserve a raise you are lucky to have all three of these people here.
