Front and back office team members were great. Dr. Mark was awesome and took the time to answer any questions I had. Overall a great experience.

I give a 1. The facility was clean and great, the exam was thorough. The issue is I paid for my glasses on January 8, two weeks later I received a call stating that the lab had a problem and it would take a little bit longer. I received another call that the lab guaranteed I would receive them by February 7. I had to call them on the 9th and was told the lab strip the screws and they had to order a new frame. This is now February 17th, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GLASSES YET AND NO PHONE CALL

My wife and I have been using this business for the past 10 years. We recently had an issue and I complained about it and Advanced Eyecare provided some excellent customer service and made things right! That says a lot because there used to be a saying in quality that goes The next best thing to getting it right is making it right! Advanced Eyecare certainly made it right and that is all about keeping the customer and retaining their loyalty.

Where to start- the doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, the techs are always polite and welcoming, now the best part picking out frames. Usually the most stressful for picky people ( like myself) but Shelly was the most patient, helpful, wonderful person I could have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was attentive to the type of glasses in particular I was looking for and offered so many options when she could tell I was hesitant on a set. We even came back after checking other stores for frames and she had went out of her way to look for several more pairs in the back !!! Who does that!? So thoughtful of her and I ended up just loving the selection . I am forever a fan and will always request her in the future, thank you to everyone for assisting us today!! Highly recommend !
