        Nice people, but Im really sitting here waiting for 1 hour and 30 min on a trail pair of contacts because someone is in the surgery room or something? Not a busy store but Im wasting my entire day here? How is this possible..

        I have used this optical department for the last time. It really isn't due to the employees but rather to the guarantee they have for the glasses. The guarantee is only for the frames not the lenses which to me are the most expensive part. It seems unreasonable that the lenses weren't guaranteed. On the other hand the stem of my frame did come apart from the rest of it and they did replace the frame. This has happened THREE times in the last year and a half. Very disappointing! ! Had to pay for the last 2 replacements.
