    Continuously change the rules on payment that favor them and wind up costing me money in late fees and additional retainers I never agreed to. I've been a great client and Regus just does what they feel like they can do anything to get away with getting more money in their pockets for nothing. Now, they allowed an unauthorized person into my office, and did not bother calling me in advance just to give me the heads up that something was awry, and they blame me entirely. This could have created a dangerous situation, but the staff was nonchalant and defensive about how the situation was handled.

    I would put a negative 5 if possible, I contacted them to cancel my account and not only did it not happen in time, they conveniently allowed the agreement to renew and they are forcing me to pay for another 12 months of space we do not even use. This lease was always used as a virtual office so they are not out any cost or expenses on us. They became very combative with me when we tried to call and work through this as I was told it was all cancelled and cleared only to find out they were continuing to charge me both rent and late fees. I hate the treatment they gave our corporation and we will NEVER use them again!!

    Please Beware of this company!! I sign a month to month lease with them at 3 locations. When I canceled they only canceled one location. Two months later I got and email I was late on my payments so I paid and immediately tried to cancel the 2 locations they did not cancel. They then told me they change my lease to a year lease and I could not cancel it. I would never of agreed to a year lease. I wanted this cancel before that would have even went into effect anyway. They said they sent an email that I never got or read. I never saw or signed a yearly lease. Please be careful dealing with this company they just want to steal a small business's money!!!
