        This place is a joke. My first time there and they didn't tell me that the parking situation is a complete mess. I got out to ask where I should park. Tow truck hooked my car in less than 3 mins. The tow truck driver was compassionate and understanding because the shops in that area do not inform the customers. The tow guy dropped my car without charge. La Sierra, do better and at the least warn your customers. You've lost my business. Service: Steering & suspension repair
