Box Brothers - Las Vegas

You would think a business like this would be on top of their game and customer service. Called on a Thursday to place a small B2B order, went through 3 employees that didnt know what was going on, finally the owner got on the phone and took my business card number to submit payment, and I was told I would get a call Friday when the boxes came in to pick up and get my invoice. Friday came and went and I never got a call. I called Monday of the following week and was told I could pick up the boxes. I arrive only to find out that my boxes were never ordered and payment was never taken. The irresponsible owner wrote down my business card number on a piece of paper and apparently lost it. They acted like it was no big deal, were very unprofessional and rude. Do with this message what you will..

Found this store on Yelp. Agree with other reviewers, seems it would be a bit hard to find but we did find it no problem. Very small shop. Nice guy helped me. Had what I needed at reasonable prices. Would definitely go again!

If you need to ship anything, and I mean ANYTHING, bring it here. Don't wrap it, don't package it, just bring it and they do everything for you and it's extremely reasonable. I've brought unusually shaped parts of material from work that needed to be shipped across the country. Box Bros package it up and give you a quote right there. And it's usually cheaper than going to FedEx or UPS directly (unless you have an account) because they pass some of the savings from their shipping power to you. I purchased an electric scooter for my mom along with the stand that mounts on the back of the car a couple years ago I took it up to Box Bros and they built a box on a pallet and shipped it out freight. I think the whole thing shipping from Vegas to Michigan was under $200 and that included them building the custom shipping container. This place rocks and the employees are always nice and helpful.
