We called Reliable Movers after being blown off by two other moving companies. Both movers kept giving us times they would arrive and changed the arrival times several times. Finally, after waiting 9 hours, we called Reliable Movers around 10pm. They said they would be here at midnight, and that's exactly when they arrived. We didn't have a lot to move, but that didn't matter. They were friendly and professional and took great care of our possessions. I highly recommend Reliable Movers. We will definitely use them again. Their rates are excellent, and they are willing to work 24/7. Thank you from your very happy customers.

As a returning customer of Reliable Movers, it pains me deeply to write this review, but I feel it's necessary to share my recent appalling experience with others who might be considering their services. What was supposed to be a straightforward moving day turned into an utter debacle, thanks to the unreliability and unprofessionalism displayed by this company. My scheduled move with Reliable Movers was set well in advance, and everything seemed on track until the very day of the move. On the morning of, I was informed of not one, but two delays. Although inconvenient, I was willing to accommodate these changes. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when they failed to show up at the third rescheduled time. My attempts to reach out and understand the situation were met with complete radio silencemy calls went straight to voicemail, and my text messages and voicemails remained unanswered. Left in a lurch, I had no choice but to scramble for alternatives. Securing a last-minute moving service was not only challenging but also ended up being significantly more expensive. The delay forced me to reschedule other important appointments related to my move, creating a domino effect of chaos and inconvenience. What's even more disheartening is the lack of communication and accountability from the company's owner, who, to this day, has not returned any of my messages. This experience has been not only frustrating but also eye-opening. The lack of professionalism and the sheer disregard for customer time and trust shown by Reliable Movers is unacceptable. I was a loyal customer, but after this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone. The quality and reliability of Reliable Movers have evidently degraded, and I caution potential customers: buyer beware. Your moving day is crucial, and you deserve a company that respects and values your business. Unfortunately, Reliable Movers is no longer that company.

Our experience with Reliable Movers wasn't ANYTHING short of amazing! Jeff was my first point of contact. The customer service I received from him was truly a blessing. He was patient & very pleasant. The two men Jeff sent were dedicated to getting the job done... I watched as they carefully wrapped each item securing it from scratches & caring for each of them carefully from the refrigerator down to the boxes as tho they were fragile. Even tho we had many boxes they were very considerate of not just tossing them around. We had the AWESOME pleasure of having their TWO best men, George & T! I said best because I can't see them having any others TOPING these two. From the 1st phone call informing their on their way to the moment, I finally met them both in person. They immediately interduced themselves and shook our hands. My dad is a Vietnam Vet, and they thanked him for his service. They BOTH checked on my father several times, making sure he was ok because he can't stand long. They did EVERYTHING humanly possible to make this move smooth & comfortable as they could to be pleasing. My dad was totally satisfied.... & so was I. I totally recommend them to anyone seeking to move. They diffinently live up to their name "RELIABLE Movers"! I would without a doubt be using them again. Be well & thank you for such amazing customer service!!!
