Not impressed. I wish we had shopped a better organization. Rushed through the online process, and requested corrections were not made consistently. Customer service is undesirable.

Buying a house can be stressful with having purchased a home in the past but Kenneth Kim at Guaranteed Rate and his team (Jasmine and John) were there throughout my new home loan process. They answered all my questions, explained everything in detail and kept me updated from the beginning until closing.
