I am independently wealthy and my income is not from a job, but a substantial stock/bond portfolio. This caused me issues with getting a mortgage. (Different companies, different reasons/excuses). Maddening, considering I couldve just bought the house outright! Josh was able to get my mortgage together quickly when others could not. He is extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage process, industry and rate market. A wonderful person to work with and his candor is appreciated.

Josh is amazing! When my wife and I began the home buying process we hit a bit of a snag with the new build we were going to buy. Josh was referred to us by a friend and he assured us he would assist. Josh walked us through the entire process, staying in touch every step of the way. He gave us a plan that we had to stick to and ensured us that if we stuck to the plan he would get us home and he delivered. I cant rave enough about Josh and his team, we will definitely use him anytime we purchase a home.
