Caesar and JoJo are great. Great attitudes and very good communication as they called several times to make sure they were taking care of my device how I wanted. Super efficient even though they had to order parts in. Gave me options and recommendations as they completed the fix (this was broken on multiple levels) They made my dead water damaged phone new again and I was able to keep all my important business and personal info! They are very thorough and care about their customers.

The service was quick, but when youre selling electronics or doing electronic repair, I would figure that the warranty would be longer than 30 days. Unfortunately for me my phone screen stopped working after a month and two weeks. I didnt drop it theres no cracks. The screen skips I wanted to write the review to let others know so that you know beforehand if I wouldve known there was a 30 day warranty I wouldve went with another company. Giving them two stars because it was a quick turnaround time. The owner offered me a $20 discount and actually ended up being the regular price for another company here in Summerlin as well so I would say shop around.

My Playstation 5 wasn't picking up the HDMI signal so I took it here to get fixed.   Turns out the HDMI port was bad so they swapped it and had it fixed the next day!I dealt with Sean and Jo and they were both great.  Great communication and customer service.  I was little hesitant at first because they promoted primarily fixing computers and tablets etc. I didn't see anything regarding gaming consoles, but I definitely recommend them for any electronics fix!
