My home was put on the market because it was dictated by the living trust. I used Joy as an agent because of our prior experiences she is very professional and knowledgeable about real estate. She goes above and beyond to get the job done. In my experiences with Joy I appreciated the empathy she showed and her professionalism. She is awesome and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Joy was very unprofessional. My wife found her online and thought she might be able to find us a property but when we met for the first time (she was late by the way) she smelled like alcohol at 1;30 in the afternoon, she had an attitude, was trying to rush us and did not answer any of our questions about the two properties she showed us, it was the weirdest experience we ever had with a realtor. This person seemed to have some serious issues.

Joy really does bring her namesake into the home buying process. My spouse and I were first time homebuyers, and she took incredible care of us every step of the way. She was amazing at explaining everything, keeping us informed of next steps, and reassuring us when we encountered the unavoidable setbacks typical in the current market. And she REALLY went to bat for us to secure us the house we wanted for a price we could afford. Her support team is fantastic as well - really on the ball and super helpful. We may be forever spoiled for other realtors because Joy is the BEST, and we will absolutely return to her for any future local real estate needs. You would not be wrong to do the same!!
