Tatiana was available at a moments notice to look at properties, call other real estate agents, and put in bids for houses which helped me secure an incredible deal on my first investment property! Her lender beat the interest rates of all of my cheapest lenders and banks which helped lower my payment to a payment that was even lower than I expected to pay. This was my first time buying a home. As much as the market has sky rocketed and houses are going fast.. not once did Tatiana ever make us feel like we were just another couple purchasing a home. I love how personable she is.. and I can feel she wanted to help us get our perfect home.. she definitely helped me overcome my anxiety and feeling like it will never happen for us.. she was there every step of the way..
