        Not a luxury car service department experience, really more like a zoo here. Quality roulette. Might as well be a Chevy repair shop, they never have a loaner car for you & like mentioned up front, its always a zoo here. BMW needs to step up & put at least 1 other dealership in this valley. This shop by all visible signs & wildly inconsistent work results, is way overloaded. So wish I didnt have to take my car here but no choice while under warranty.
