Didn't even get to order. Came up to the girl with a smile, said hello, she slammed something down into the ice cream, sighed and said "whatchu want". I said nevermind and walked away. She stared at me the whole time I was walking away.

The employee did not speak English, and did not understand what I was telling her. I had to write down the number of the item that I wanted. Then She completed orders in different rotations. And finally she didnt know how to make a crpe. Most horrible experience ever

I'm not sure how to spell her name (sorry) but Suanne is such a queen. She's so nice and makes a great milkshake! I hope she's getting all of the tips! She's great! Edit: Hi this is the boyfriend of the account owner, so after we got screwed over by a place next door called La Taqueria (they messed up the order and the drinks were nasty) we went over here for ice cream and a milkshake and stuff and this lady was super nice + the desserts were really good so thank you

I would never eat ice cream from this place came to order a scoop and saw a whole cockroach on the counter! Nope! No thank you I turned around and left ! Not acceptable ! ! Thats nasty I wish I would of took a pic but it grossed me out to where I just had to leave the whole mall in general
