Impulse Alarm LLC - ADT Authorized Dealer

BUYER BEWARE. Do not do business with them. I signed up with ADT through a contractor of Impulse Alarm. The contractor passed away before my installation was complete. We were promised a door lock and purchased an extra fire system. They informed me that neither were ordered or on contract and there is nothing they can do. We signed up on 2/14/24 and our cameras do not work. I have called repeatedly to no avail. DO NOT TRUST them. We are senior citizens and are being taken advantage of. performed the task satisfactorily and in a timely manner.

Both ADT sales rep (David) and technician (Kevin) were wonderful. They were polite, respectful, personable, and knowledgeable about their products. David was able to give/sell us the equipments that best suited our needs for our safety and peace of mind. Both Kevin and David were able to help us with the best placements of the equipments in and around our home. Kevin walked us through in how to use our equipment and the app. Overall we had a great experience.
