Our Ford F-150 truck has a bed rack that came with a 1 1/2" cross bars. Those cross bars were simply too wide and cumbersome for kayak carriers to sit on top. Lobostar custom built us 1 1/4" aluminum bars that fitted perfectly. They fitted the new bars in less than 24 hours from the time we ordered. Their location is really easy to reach in the industrial heart of Las Vegas. Their prices are very competitive and the service is excellent. I believe they work with other metals as well. A weld failed on the boarding ladder of our 15 year old Formula. I called Lobostar and spoke with Sindy. I was hoping I would be able to purchase a new hinge assembly. Instead, Sindy said I know exactly what you need and it is covered by warranty and we'll send it to you immediately. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. Sindy was very professional and pleasant to deal with and far exceeded expectations. Thank you Sindy!

Very responsive customer service department. They back their products!! My ladder for my swim platform on my Maxum SCR is 23 years old, the c-clips have broke and a new c-clip kit has been sent free of charge!! Highly recommend and a pleasure doing business with!
