Not professional at all please go somewhere else. I waited an hour and the receptionists didnt do their due deligence to check on the therapist and they didnt even apologize for the long wait due to a therapist not working there anymore. Unprofessional!!!!

Yes, these reviews are accurate. The front office staff is lacking with their soft skills. However, Dr. Wagner along with Danny CPC. Truly are wonderful, professional individuals within the office. I greatly appreciate you both. Thank you

Ashley at the front desk at this location has an attitude problem. I went to schedule my follow up appointment after seeing Doctor Glaucia and she wasnt friendly at all. This company needs to hire people that are friendly and respectful. Especially the people that are being seen at this location who are dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety recovering addicts, etc. She needs to be more cautious and mindful of what people are going through. Even a smile goes a long way. But not with ASHLEY she literally came off as rude with a big attitude!!!
