        DO NOT GO INTO THE APPOINTMENT WITHOUT KNOWING HOW MUCH YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY. Even if you have health insurance they will charge you. They have just hit me with a $131.15 for just 1 appointment. Ridiculous!!! I have my first appointment with them today (8/1) after they had to reschedule my appointment. Not liking this already. Also, they were unable to tell me how much my copay is, but asked for my credit card info to charge me directly. Are they freaking serious???

        Helen at the front desk is very rude and cannot be bothered to do her job. Counseling so far has been mediocre.

        Having the ability and stamina to try to find any counseling is difficult enough without rude and abusive gatekeepers. The counselor was very nice and competent. However the administrative staff was awful. No clear way to make or change appointments. No return calls, no one answers the phones. Shame on this company to claim to provide mental health with their behavior and attitude towards paying clients.
