This company is a disgrace! They will charge you after you return their equipment even though they failed to pick it up when they were supposed to. My wife used their equipment and was admitted to the hospital on Oct.19th and stayed there until her death on November 11. They are now charging us for the use of equipment in November and December as their billing is on the 3rd and 17th of the month. They are the lowest scum of the earth trying to RIP off the dead I had to drop off the equipment and when I was there asked if this was the final bill which they said it was of course they were lying.

My experience with Adapt Health was exceptional. Had an appointment to pick up equipment for sleep apnea (new to this and really had no idea what to expect). The technician, Von, met me right on time - she did a great job explaining how to use the equipment, answered all my questions, and was friendly and professional throughout.
