This is a mixed review. The people in charge of scheduling are maddeningly inefficient. After they received the request for a blood filter I was told they needed an explanation of why the doctor wanted the filter. Then they wanted an MRI. I hand delivered one from a recent stay at Henderson hospital. The next day I was told the MRI wasnt sufficient they also wanted a narrative of what was on the MRI. After that was delivered I was told they needed a blood test. Again paperwork from the hospital was delivered but I was then told to go to Quest to get another blood test. Each of these were sequential and a day apart before I could even schedule the procedure. It was frustrating period of time. And I would resist going to Steinberg again because of it. On the positive side the nurses and doctors for the actual procedure were thorough and completely professional. The briefing before the filter, of what would be done and how it would be done, was truly excellent. If only your administrative side was nearly as good!
