        Worst experience ever. I needed to get my immigration examination done. They said as soon as you bring the blood work done , we will give you an envelope with the doctors certificate signature and documents. thats was on June 3rd, its June 16th and they still havent given me anything. Morning front desk receptionist is very rude , doesnt let you talk or explain yourself, she just cant deal with customers . So Dont go to this place !!!

        Took a one month and 3 phone calls to get ultrasound resultS, now going into week 2 to get refills im not out of blood pressure meds the chances of me staying at this practice is slim

        Excellent service and the staff are very accomodating. PA Dyer is always available to answer your question regardless in person or over the phone. DR. Licata is straight forward..he will tell you what is necesarry and needed to focus at this time. They do not go around the bushes.. facility is clean and can get most of your exam.from there. Don't mind coming back here. I feel comfortable dealing with everyone.

        The most terrible customer service I had in my live! We had medical exam for immigration, when I call them the first time they said everything included for this price and TB Test as well . And after the laboratory sent me the bill that I have pay for the TB test. I called to the office and try finger out whats going on but the lady( unfortunately I dont remember her name) she said shes manager over there , she start to scream to me , even doesnt give me chance to explain. she doesnt know what is it customer service. I said that they lie to the people because I asked them before but she try to push me that you signed and now its your problems but this TB test its supposed to be included and its not extra. Ill sent letter to the immigration with copy of this bill and Ill explain all this situation Ill hope they remove them from list and another people theyll not have this situation like me
