I've been here more times than I have fingers and toes. Lots of back injections. The staff is usually great. They go over the exact same routine questions and procedures even if they know you well - making sure they get their job done accurately and correctly. They always call the next day to check up.

Very very very bad surgery management. Over long waiting time for 2-3 hours for a scheduled procedure. Terrible experience, never had this kind of treatment before. Low zero star if there is a choice. Avoid go to this place. Very busy place for a surgery center, over 10 persons in waiting room for surgery. Dont know how to put out patients information from system, old outdated insurance information has been put out and the fact of new insurance has been used already for over half year, been used by two doctors before referral to here. So much shock and anxiety caused to orderly customers .

Terrible customer service. Wait times are ridiculous. Katrina RN was ready to go home. If it wasn't for prep, I would have left. The nurses in the procedure room were great, when your done, they want you out.

The only "good" thing about the service there is the personnel behind the desk speak spanish. Since my wife is an American Citizen and her English is not well enough to have a conversation this really is important for people like her.
