If you have an actual emergency and expect compassion and front workers who arent rude.then dont come here. I was admitted at another hospital and then transferred here, I had an infection from a cat bite rapidly speading. At the other hospital I was given pain meds and iv antibiotics, here they transferred me from where the ambulance brought me in to the waiting room. It is freezing cold, uncomfortable AND there is zero communication between staff and patient. After a 9 hour wait I wanted all the paperwork I was sent with to try and go to the level 1 trauma center at a different hospital. The staff was hostile about it and made it seem like I was about to finally see someone so I sat back down where I have continued to sit for over another hour. If you are in need or actual care go ANYWHERE but here.

I wish I can give no star, I went on 1-18-24, they did not take me seriously at all. I'm 7 weeks pregnant, half my body was numb and still is, my blood pressure keeps spiking randomly. They gave me no answers and treated me like a junky and accused me of being drunk when I literally had proof I wasn't either, I don't drink, I have a fatty liver plus I'm pregnant. No answers and sent me home with my face still numb, hand numb, my heart keeps jumping out of my chest, blood pressure keeps spiking. Now my husband is taking me to mountain view. This is a disgrace of a Hospital. I looked up all my symptoms all of them point to problems and they literally sent me home. I never asked for medication, I told them I just want to know what's wrong. But nope. Never will come here, they will literally send you home if you could be having a stroke. And will accuse you even when they run tests and see nothing is in your system. They still were trying to say I was drunk. I looked at my labs. My labs were saying kidney/ liver function problems and blood pressure was 163/97, which is dangerously high I was in the process of a stroke, now I might have permanent damage and could be numb now because of them not taking me seriously. My husband is seeking a lawyer.

Almost killed my daughter by prescribing a medication to a severe asthmatic that damaged her lungs. Then we called to let them know what happened so it didn't happen again they were extremely rude and hung up the phone. Never ever will my family use this er again.
