Alex is great. Hes professional and a good communicator. I had no heat at my house today, alex confirmed hed be able to come out today, he was very thorough and explained things very well! Very knowledgeable and was able to get my heat back up and running again. Highly recommend CTR!!!

So Alex came out and what a friendly face. The company honors the military and Alex really came in and blessed me and my home With his expertise. I would recommend them and dont slip on them they are great great.

Came out to do an inspection of our furnace. Cleaned everything...checked everything....was totally HONEST and said everything looked great. I am honestly very hesitant to have "inspections" because I don't really trust people, and I think they might lie or actually even purposely damage stuff so you have to get it repaired. This is a newer company....the guys name was Alex and he is one of the owners and he was really awesome! I will ne using ONLY his company for all of my AC/Furnace needs.

Short and simple the experience with CTR and the owner Alex was supreme Im not one to write reviews unless I was impressed with the service. Long version Had two other companies come out for my unit that was still under warranty. Issues was a condenser fan motor. Both wanted to charge me 1.8-2k to replace it. Couldnt believe it! Denied their service and finally third time the charm called ctr and alex surprised me. He wasnt asking for an arm and a leg. He pretty much just charged me a few hours of labor way better than the cutthroat rates of the other companies. They charge fair and just for what they do. At the end of the day they are a business and charge a fair business rate. They are not the cheapest company is Vegas, but you truly get your value for your money. You definitely dont want to hire the cheapest company you can find when it comes to these type of repairs. Alex at CTR was very informative, nice, and easy to talk to. Will definitely be using this company as my preferred choice.
