Upon purchase and delivery it was confirmed that they will be taking care of my old mattress at the end of the day. I called the following day to schedule a time and I was told that they dont take care of that, but I can drop it off to them. Disappointed.

Their driver will rear end you sitting at a stoplight and the owner and receptionist Jess will cover their tracks and lie to their insurance company and not cover the damaged they caused. Make sure to get a video of whoever hits you admitting fault or call the police even if its a fender bender. SHADY PEOPLE

They delivered the wrong Matress. Mine was supposed to be extra firm but they delivered a medium firm to me. Its a king and they refuse to replace or return that. The unneeded king mattress is still in my room being wasted.

I purchased a queen mattress and it sagged right away making my back to hurt. I took it back to the warehouse wanting to get a refund or exchange it at least. The owner said right away that he could give a refund or exchange it. I left the mattress there because I didn't want to carry back a piece of garbage. Obviously I lost $.
