        I just had 2 new Beautyrest beds delivered. First of all, Natasha was our sales person and she was wonderful. I can't say we are the easiest people to deal with. We ask a lot of questions and are a little confusing at times. She had the patience and knowledge to help us. I can't say enough about her. So polite and professional but with heart. Also, let me say that Mario and Michael our delivery people, WOW is what comes to mind. They were scheduled to be at our house btwn 8:45 to 10:45, they were here at 8:30 again patience and kindness galore. We had cetain ideas about the height of the beds. They were willing to change the height of the beds as often as we needed to get it right, with a smile and kind words, exceptional company. I definitely recommend the Fort Apache Mattress Firm store to anyone. Thank you Matress Firm for a great experience.

        in 2020 Max, our salesperson was fantastic. Easy to talk with, knowledgeable and listened to my wifes needs. We purchased the Serta icomfort and couldn't be happier...(well, i guess we'll let you know that after a few weeks). Thanks Max! **UPDATE*** And we were back in 2024 thinking it couldn't get any better...we were wrong. Our Sleep expert this time was Natasha who immediate asked all the right questions and helped my wife decide on a Posturepedic Plus Hybrid for our daughters bedroom. She listened carefully to my wife's concerns and walked us through our options, eventually leading us to what we hope is the perfect addition to our girls room. thanks Natasha for taking care of our family's head, shoulders, knees and toes.

        I just purchased a mattress for my daughter with the adjustable frame. Natasha was wonderful, we told her what we needed and she was very helpful. We havent received the mattress yet but Im sure it will be just what we wanted.
