Best Mattress

I bought a tempu-Pedic mattress on 02/18/23, wife slept in it for 2 weeks before going to hospital then passing away. I called their so called customer service line to get the mattress picked up for a return. When they  came buy they looked at mattress and it was in perfect condition, then asked if someone in the house smokes, and I said yes, the owner does, but does not come in the room where the mattress is at. They stated that they can not take mattress due to the smell of smoke that was in the air. The mattress itself does not smell like not, it still smells like brand new. They said to call the customer service line and talk to them. I have called 5 times, no answer and left voice mail each time. So now I am stuck with a $2,000 mattress that I do not need. (Due to her illness she was in family room where if needed they cant take her fast, she was disabled and could not move out of bed). I would understand if the mattress it self smelled like smoke, but it does not. When they take a mattress back they clean and sanitize it which would get rid of any smell, they just dont want to take any mattress back. I have to pay for a funeral now, and getting back the $2,000 would have be a good chunk of the funeral costs. I will NEVER buy from them again There customer service is a JOKE!

Great Customer Service! The sales reps are very knowledgeable and do not push you to buy anything. We purchased a bed, it was a super easy process and it was delivered the next day! They have the best prices and best financing options.
