I want to recognize the integrity and patience as well as the honesty of the salesman Jin, he didnt just tell me what I wanted to hear , he was very honest! In few words, not just looking to make a sale but genuinely concerned about my comfort. His honesty and expertise really impressed me! Highly recommended!

Recently purchased a mattress, informed sales man that we did not want a foam mattress, also that I have a condition & am also pregnant & that would require me to have a soft yet firm mattress . The salesman pointed to a few which he recommended for what we had explained we wanted. We laid n tested the mattress for a minute or so. & decided we wanted it. Upon purchasing the mattress there wasnt anything specific stating what we were purchasing such as a tag or pamphlet. Long story short we ended up paying 1,000$ for what we thought was the perfect mattress. AFTER doing all the sales n loan information right before signing the agreement we r told that this is a final sale since we are getting such a great price. I was asking questions & he made sure to make us feel safe with our purchase. Upon delivery day once mattress is delivered I lay on it for 5 minutes only to find that it is too soft & I literally sink into the bed, causing pain all over my body. I tried removing box spring etc. Nothing is helping. Something told me to call the store and customer service to see if the could tell me exactly what I purchased. Upon speaking to Dana she could not pull up any information on the bed except that it was corsicana. While on the phone I searched the bed and was able to find a smaller tag on this tag it had what the bed was made out of. FOAM!! Exactly what we expressed we did not want. I expressed my concens and wasnt given any help. except being told you signed final sale & to Call corsicana. I even asked what could I do to possibly make it firmer. She had no recommendations. It was as if she knew nothing about mattresses. Now we r stuck with an expensive uncomfortable bed that we cant sleep in. I guess it was our fault for not knowing EXACTLY what we were going in to purchase & actually TRUSTING the sales rep. Clearly they were not knowledgeable about the product that was being sold or lied. We just left the location and spoke to russ, he was very kind and helpful. He showed us mattresses that were firm and fit our standards. I am going to attempt to reach out to Dana again as she is right now the only person who can assist me with our issue. Hopefully something can be worked out as Myself, 2 yr old and fiance dont have a bed to sleep in.
